Double comp roof over cedar shakes fully sheathed and re-roofed!
Fire Rescue 2 (Administrative)
Had to involve an engineer on this one! 65 squares sheathed (over foam board insulation and vaulted ceiling), 45 screws per sheet with 70 squares of PABCO installed for Clallam Fire Rescue 2.
Solmar, Sequim
Re-sheathed 900 sqft over the vaulted ceiling on this one and replaced the insulation to correct a ventilation issue!
Lauridsen Boulevard
Replaced all the skylighgts on the backside of this one with new. Remember, skylights average lifespan is 10-30 years depending on style and model.
Old Olympic
Replaced these worn out cedar shakes with a stunning architectural shingle.
